Boulevard A19 is a warm and cosy ski-in/ski-out duplex apartment in the Hameau du Mottaret area of Méribel-Mottaret, with direct access from the ski room to the Perdrix green piste and shops, bars and a small supermarket just downstairs.

On the main level, the open-plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area creates a welcoming space for cooking, eating and relaxing after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven/grill, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and this floor also has a bathroom with WC and washing machine, plus a south-facing balcony overlooking the piste.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and generous storage, while the bunk room offers a single bed with pull-out bed and a fold-down bunk, giving flexible sleeping arrangements for families or friends.

Being on the top floor, the apartment is quiet, yet you are still very close to bars, shops, ski hire and the lift office—simply walk downstairs to collect your lift pass and step out onto the snow. The residence has lift access, a ski locker and Wi-Fi.

“We had a really cosy comfortable ski trip here! The flat has been nicely updated since the pictures were taken, and it was super well equipped with pretty much everything you could ever need in the kitchen, along with loads of crockery, mugs and cutlery, so we were never running out! The lounge area caught the sun in the afternoon, the whole place was nice and warm and easy to adjust temperature of the rooms with radiators. It's in a super quiet and peaceful area, no noise late at night at all, and very easy to get from the ski room downstairs to the Perdrix piste. There's even a supermarket on the same block just downstairs! Just all around great - we'll be staying again!”

“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, bien décoré et bien équipé. Cet appartement a une jolie vue dégagée sur la montagne et est baigné de lumière l'après-midi et en fin de journée. Départ et retour skis aux pieds. En bas de l'immeuble, se trouvent des magasins de location de skis, un supermarché, et de quoi boire un verre ou déjeuner au soleil. Un parking payant (où l'on peut stationner toute la semaine) se trouve à 80 m de l'appartement, ce qui est très pratique. Les procédures d'entrée dans les lieux / sortie des lieux sont très faciles et l'équipe qui en a la charge est aux petits soins. Bref un bel appartement pratique et bien placé dans lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisir.”
