This lovely South facing apartment is only one of 5 apartments in the block. Access is either via a path to the front door or from the underground car park. Situated close to the Morel chairlift at Meribel 1600, there is a short cut behind the building that can be used by those of intermediate standard or above to access the chairlift and Hulotte piste. Those with less experience are advised to take the more traditional short walk down the road to the Morel lift.
The local facilities include a Sherpa Supermarché, ski shop, bar and restaurants as well as easy access to the town centre by the free shuttle bus service. All this makes Méribel 1600 a popular choice for many skiers.
The open plan layout of the living area and with adjacent dining/kitchen has a bright and airy feel thanks to the two large balcony windows These sliding widows provide access to the South facing balcony, an idea spot for catching the afternoon sun with its stunning view across to LaFace.
The apartment has not previously been available for rent, used exclusively as a family ski chalet. It has many of the extras only associated with this type of property. The master bedroom has plenty of storage with its built-in wardrobe and benefits from an ensuite bathroom and a small balcony. The bathroom has a full size bath and wall mounted shower attachment, basin and wc.
